Congratulations my fellow Crusaders! We have all made it through midterms! It’s about time that we have a bit of a breather (especially after all these exhausting midterms and papers) and make life-long memories during our Spring Break! Whether you are going on an Immersion trip, a tropical island, or straight home, where your heart is, there is always a way for one to looking chic during one’s time off this spring.

1.   Bold Sunglasses

It is absolutely necessary that one find the perfect pair of sunglasses that fits one’s personality. Whether they be Ray Bans, Chloe, or Claires, you have to make sure that you work them. Since I am the female version of a hustler, I prefer big framed glasses. My favorite ones that I personally own are my black cat-eye sunglasses from Cole Haan (which I got for only $18 at TJ Maxx).

2.  Bathing Suits

A girl should always have that one two-piece that she can rock at the beach, but that doesn’t mean that a girl (petite or plus-sized) can’t rock a one-piece either! It doesn’t necessarily matter how you look in it, but rather how confident and fabulous you feel in it. That’s what makes or breaks a bikini or tankini.

3.  Flirty Dresses

Going for a stroll along the boardwalk? Have a hot date at that new restaurant in town? Make sure to have cute day and evening dresses.  I suggest a halter dress because it maximizes comfort, it’s daring, and gives you the perfect opportunity to show off that new tan!

4.  Jean Shorts

A cute pair of jean shorts is always on trend. I recommend buying them from American Eagle Outfitters because their jeans are cute, fitting, and reasonably priced.

5.  Cute Flip Flops

They’re definitely needed to show off that cute new pedicure and for comfort!

No matter what you decide to wear this spring break, make sure that the colors are bright, bold, fun, and an expression of who you are. An outfit doesn’t sell unless one feels amazing in it.

Have a spectacular and safe break everyone!!!

xoxo
